Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Use of the service
You may use FundedLog only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, upload malware, or reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the trading data, journals, and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you (including backups, analytics you request, and optional public profile stats you enable).
No financial advice
FundedLog is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Third-party services
The service may integrate third parties (for example authentication, database hosting, chart embeds, or error monitoring). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party sites or widgets you choose to open.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
